Well organized tour and transport to a colorful Unesco town.

We were picked up at Cafe Miga at 620 am promptly and went to another location to pick up a couple more people. The van was very comfy with good seats and lots of space. The guide (Roberto) was accommodating and informative but did not saturate us with endless details. We drove about 2.5 hours and stopped for a breakfast and bathroom break at a roadstop. The stop was clean and inexpensive. We then drove on to San Miguel Allende and arrived about 1130. We did a quick pic of the city and then walked down into old town. We visited a few local cultural sites and Roberto gave us information about the town. We walked through the garden and then on to the Zocalo to the main church. We had plenty of free time to enjoy lunch and a little shopping and looking at this colorful Unesco site. Lots of excellent photo ops. We boarded our van back at 4pm and arrived around 8 pm at Cafe Miga. Long day but the town is definitely worth the visit.

Long commute but worth it for me

I had a fantastic visit to San Miguel de Allende on this tour. Yair, our tour guide, and Adrien, the driver, were excellent. One was informative and great fun, the other kept us comfortable and safe. While I hadn't realized it was quite so far from Mexico City (four hours each way), I can still say I'm glad I went. The town is stunning and very easy to walk around in the time we had. If you want a longer stay then this isn't the tour for you but if you're a three or four hours is sufficient type then do it!
Long long commute for a 4 hour visit

Guide was wonderful, ride to San Miguel rough. It’s December 2022 and construction is taking place on the highway so their advertisement of 3.5 hours is closer to 5 hours in a van that needs suspension. 10 hours of travel for 4 hours of visiting an incredible city is tough on the mind and body.
