This is 1 of the grand experiences of my life. I was going to cancel because of the long ride just to get to and from Mexico City. I am so glad that I did not cancel. This is a must, my tour guide Alicia and the driver were awesome. The food stops on the way were so tasty. This place is breathtaking.
Fun but tiring full day trip

Caves and river were fantastic to visit. The trip is a limitless long, but luckily it included a stop on each drive. The only criticism I have on the visit was that the guide advised us to take our bags so we could change, but offered no info on checking our bags. There is a place at the pools that can accept your bags so they’re not just sitting around. I’m just not that trusting to do as she recommended. I ended up taking my backpack with wallet, cell phone etc back to the bus. Unfortunately, I lost over an hour because I found where to check the bag after I returned it to the bus.
The driver, Victor, was very unprofessional. He tailgated cars that weren’t moving fast enough, and cut people off. At one point when a taxi driver didn’t yield to him, he started a verbal altercation.
