Full day tour with Frank

We thoroughly enjoyed our full day tour with Frank. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. It made our visit to Teotihuacan so much better than if we had gone alone, especially as there were no descriptive texts. We were traveling with our 4 year old and he was very accommodating. We even customized our tour to skip the the Basilica and instead visited the anthropology museum in the city, which was great because we were able to see the color recreations of the pyramid facade as well as the murals and objects that were found inside.
We would recommend Frank to anyone!
Terrific Tour!

My husband and I traveled with another couple to Mexico in July 2022, and we booked a private 2-day tour to Teotihuacan, Frida Kahlo Museum, and Xochimilco with Estigo Tours - it was a fantastic experience delivered by an experienced team committed to the travelers' interests and needs.

Our guide, Monse, was simply amazing. She was an outstanding storyteller who contextualized the information by connecting the history and purpose associated with the sites and events. Moreover, Monse was very attentive to the travelers' needs, as she constantly planned and arranged to address practical needs, like grabbing coffee, drinks, and breaks.

In all, Monse and Estigo Tours were professional (e.g., responsive and extremely punctual), and the warmth and care for detail enhanced our overall experience in Mexico. We highly recommend Estigo Tours (ask for Monse) without reservation.

We booked this tour 2 years ago but had to cancel due to Covid, they were very helpful and our refund was processed quickly. Now that things are mostly back to normal we rebooked our tour. We modified it to go to the Metropolitan Cathedral in place of Guadeloupe. Communication was great and our guide Pepe picked us up right on time in front of the hotel. Pepe was very knowledgeable of all aspects of the city, sights, and anything we asked of him. There are to many words to describe both the church and Teotihuacan, but I will say it was worth ever penny, and awesome doesn't do it justice. Estigo and Pepe made us want to come back and see more. Thank you Pepe and Estigo.
Awesome Experience

I visited with my family back in December 2021, the tour was amazing. Our tour guide Monse was great. I would recommend this tour to anyone trying to see two of the most iconic places in Mexico.
Teotihuacan with Estigo Tours was fantastic!

We had a fantastic time in Mexico City, Tiotihuacan and the surrounding area. We started the day at 5am to leave for a Hot Air Balloon Ride which took us directly over the pyramids. It was incredible and our two teenage sons said that experience was the highlight of our whole trip to Mexico. If you are considering doing this I highly recommend it. Incredible. You won't regret it. They serve coffee and snacks before hand and then have more food in the balloon basked and then after server you breakfast which was better than I expected. It's a whole experience and amazing. Bring a jacket since it's cool up in the air, though not too bad because the propane that heats the balloon also provides some warmth. Anyway, that was an incredible experience that our boys will never forget.

After tha balloon ride we did a walking tour of Teotihuacan and our tour guide (also arranged by Estigo Tours) was great. PhD in archeology. Super smart and a lot of fun. Highly recomend the trip and Estigo Tours.
