Reviews
The only problem, which is an ongoing problem with Viator, is communication. You get a confirmation and a ticket, but no way to contact them for confirmation of time pickup to the airport. The numbers listed on the booking are useless, since no one pick up, or you get a message that the number is not available. I’ve contacted them on WhatsApp and get a message the next day; which is unhelpful if you need assistance today.
My driver came at 9am (I never received confirmation of what time he would arrive). The great thing is, he was patient and waited for me as I checked out and retrieved my bags.
