Fun and Delicious Experience!

SO excited my husband and I were able to find this experience! Definitely a highlight of our trip to CDMX! It's more than just a salsa cooking class - it's an authentic experience of Mexican culture outside of the tourist attractions. The tour starts with a trip to the local market to purchase fresh produce and we were even able to buy fresh mole to bring home! Quesse was a fantastic tour guide - so kind and so much fun! He put a lot of thought and detail into the class and even took photos throughout the tour for us!
AMAZING

Natalia is incredible. A group of us partook in a zoom salsa class as our Mexico City trip was cancelled. I came prepared to make delicious salsa, but had no idea how fun this would be. Natalia made sure the class being virtual did not take away from our experience, nor the quality of our food. She checked up on us individually throughout making sure everyone was on the same page. She was truly so hilarious and brought such a fun vibe to the group. She also sent us the recipes afterwards so we could keep them forever. I look forward to the day I can get down to Mexico city and take this class in person!
So fun and DELICIOUS!

I highly recommend Natalia’s class! Natalia hosted her salsa cooking class with a group of girlfriends via Zoom video chat, as our trip to Mexico City couldn’t happen during the Covid restrictions. Although we couldn’t be there in person, Natalia made the experience special. We all had so much fun and the salsas were DELICIOUS! We can’t wait to do another experience with her- hopefully next time will be in person in Mexico City! Until then, we will likely be booking another Zoom group class- she is really so great!
Spicing up the day

I took the class of Salsas Mexicanas this sunday and it was such a nice way to start the day. Natalia took us to a local market to teach us how to choose the perfect ingredients for the salsas and plus she gave us some historical facts about the neighborhood.
At her place which I must say that it's a gorgeous and warn place we cook four types of salsas and event when the group was a mix of people who spoke in different languages, she makes us feel so comfortable and have a good time.
She's really funny and patience teaching and i would love to take another class with her soon. Thanks Natalia for share with us your love for cooking.
Festive hands-on salsa making!

Natalia is very warm, bubbly and friendly and gave us a fun and local experience that I'll never forget. We started with a tour through the neighborhood food market picking vegetables for the salsas and then we walked a short distance to Natalia's lovely home where we felt welcome and festive. Natalia very clearly and with flow taught us how to make four very different kinds of salsa. It was very hands-on and each of us were always helping to prepare during the process. Throughout the class we got to taste what we made including delicious quesadillas at the end! Natalia provides a relaxed and social environment that's very special.
