What To Expect

Zona Arqueologica Teotihuacan

We will start this experience with a 50-minute hot air balloon flight through the archaeological zone of Teotihuacán. Most flights fly over the pyramids, although this also depends on the direction of the wind. You can observe this famous archaeological zone from above and enjoy a walking tour of the archaeological zone.
This walking tour do not included a guide.

A Really Special Day

We were a three generation group of eight sharing this excellent experience. Communication from the office was excellent, Didier picked us up exactly on schedule (5 AM) and led us to our various stops and answered our questions about the trip and Mexico City, agriculture, food, movies….very charming young guy. Our flight was great, and our guide at the site was fun and knowledgeable and enthusiastic. It’s a real privilege to get to take this trip.

Perfect Morning At the Pyramids

This experience was our favorite in Mexico! Jaime was our guide and picked us up from our hotel and took us directly to the hot air balloons. The balloons were beautiful and very safe, we shared a balloon with a few other groups, totaling 9-10 people. The hot air balloon ride was ~45mins and beautiful! I am a bit afraid of heights, but the experience felt very calm and safe. The sunrise over the pyramids cannot be beat! After this we had a good breakfast and then went to the pyramids. The best part about this experience was that it was just us and our guide, which gave us a lot of flexibility to leave as early as we wanted to or stay as long as we wanted to. This was great since we spoke to groups on other tours who ended up being gone for 12+ hours because they had to wait for different individuals. We would highly recommend this experience!

Hot Air Balloon Ride

Jamie was an amazing tour guide and the balloon ride was phenomenal, it’s a must do! Jamie also called me the day before because of the time change and told me we had to leave earlier than scheduled. We got up super early and he was right on time. He took care of everything for us and even took photos and video from his own camera. He also booked a guide for us to tour the pyramids after breakfast. Breakfast was at a nice buffet style restaurant. He got us back to our hotel before lunch. It’s a tough morning getting up at the crack of Dawn but we’ll worth it. Thank you Jamie!
