Wonderful from start to finish!

This was my first cooking experience in a foreign country (I am from Canada) and my friend and I enjoyed every minute! The morning began with a walk to local street vendors and a small tortilla factory and the off to the market to learn about peppers, produce, fish and flowers. Then we cooked up a storm and learned the many intricacies of Mexican Cuisine. Lorena was very sensitive to our individual food preferences and gave us all sorts of excellent cooking tips. The day ended with a lovely multi course lunch made by us! It was truly delicious! I would highly recommend this experience!

Make a fantastic dinner for your friends/family

My family of 8 adults did a dinner cooking class at Aura Cucina Cooking and it was fantastic. I was able to work with the chef prior to our arrival to accommodate several food preferences. She recommended a terrific menu. We arrived to a beautifully set up room with everything ready to go. Our chef's explanations were perfect and she made an effort to include each one of us in the experience. Honestly this was the highlight of the trip for me and I would highly recommend the experience to anyone visiting Mexico City.

Absolute must do in CDMX if you want to learn about food and culture!!

This was our absolute favorite thing we’ve done in CDMX!! Pame is an outstanding, knowledgeable, and most of all fun teacher. We’ve done several cooking classes elsewhere too and this was by far the best. An absolute must—we will be returning!!!

Delicious, delightful day in the kitchen and neighborhood

What an amazing experience! Intimate setting of only a few people per class and everything was so beautifully and tastefully presented, prepared and explained. You’ll walk to some street eateries, visit the market and then spend some time in the delightful kitchen.
Pamela is a great story teller, will teach you tips and tricks in the kitchen and your belly will be full of delicious dishes that you’ve helped create. I can’t recommend this class enough and I would definitely attend again!

This was such an incredible experience! I feel like I learned so much more in-depth about Mexican culture and food from the market tour and the time we spent with Krystel in the kitchen. It might be my favorite thing I did in Mexico City!
