The museum has 12 permanent exhibit rooms regarding the historical trajectory of the country; and another 22 rooms that recreate the Castle´s previous use and its rooms during its most iconic periods, such as Maximiliano and Carlota´s rooms as well as of President Porfirio Díazs. Including the living room where the attack on the Chapultepec Castle was remembered.
